My story

Hello there, I`m Olive. I`m a small 2 year old lady who recently arrived at the shelter when my human had financial issues preventing them from caring for me. My humans say I`m a nervous gal who doesn`t like loud sounds or quick movements. Here in the shelter, that seems to be holding. The thing about me is that I don`t usually run away or hide when I`m scared, I go on the defense pretty immediately, swatting away the scary thing before it gets too close. You can get on my good side with snacks, but then I also sometimes get a little too excited about that too. I know I`m very good looking, but I`m hoping my new person likes me for more than just my pretty face. I really need someone who understands a cat like me and has plenty of patience to help me adjust to my new surroundings. A house with low activity and noise would be a DREAM for me. It`s possible I could even get along living with another cat, as long as they let me be the boss (and we can take our time getting to know each other slowly).
