My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue SHY BUT SWEET BROTHERS Meow! Our names are Sonic and Shadow. Our estimated date of birth is 2/16/2023. We are sweet brothers who find comfort in one another. We like to be petted and will happily push up against your hand, asking for more pets! We will quietly purr for you. We are sweet and gentle. We will roll over, allowing belly rubs! We are calm and relaxed. We are interested in toys, but are still learning how to play with them. We are skittish and will approach you for attention once we're comfortable. We take time to adjust to new environments. We are good with other cats. We have never been around dogs. Due to being easily spooked, we would do best in a home without children. We are at the kitty corner, ask to meet us today!Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
