Marnie

My story

Marnie is a happy and goofy dog that enjoys the simple things in life like carrying her stuffies around, including on walks, and a nice blanket pile on her bed. She prefers quiet homes due to her anxiety but has made huge strides in making new human friends and warms up quickly, especially when they come with treats! Though Marnie is dog friendly, she has a tendency to guard high value items like the stuffies she loves so much. She does not have reactivity to dogs, she actually enjoys them, but her resource guarding might require a very informed family if there are other dogs in the home all the time. Since she is an anxious dog, we would also consider her not a good candidate for young children - they can be loud and unpredictable and Marnie really just wants to chill. She truly deserves it given the rough start she had! Once she settles in, she will show you her goofy smiles and wiggly butt every day!
