My story

Meet your new best friend- Redds! Redds is a 2-3 year old (estimate) male. He is a low-rider weighing in at around 50 lbs. He is a very handsome boy, with striking eyes and a beautiful colored coat. Redds had a rough start to life, but he has proved he is unbelievably resilient, motivated, and loving. Everyone is his friend. In fact, he will try and say hi to every person that he sees on a walk. He has quickly become known for his sweet nature in the neighborhood! In addition, he has a fan club at the vet. Everyone wants to come in and say hi and give him lots of hugs! He is extremely tolerant and goes with the flow. Reeds is medium energy. He enjoys slow-leisurely walks and likes enrichment such as snuffle mats, lick mats, and frozen wet food. He’s started showing some interest in toys! He absolutely loves to snuggle with his people! He is especially snuggly when he just wakes up and loves to cuddle in bed. Redds is crate-trained and house-trained. During the day, Redds loves sleeping on the windowsill getting some sunlight. He is dog-friendly. He has not met any cats or children. Redds has proven he is food motivated and continues to thrive with basic obedience training. He can be mouthy at times and for that reason isn’t recommended to live with young children. Mouthiness usually occurs when he is overtired and appreciates being put in his crate to take a nap! Redds has been amazing in foster-care and is ready to find his furever home. His ideal home is with someone who is ready to spoil him and show him the good life!
