My story

Lamby`s Compatibility: Dogs - Yes, plays well with othersCats - YesKids - YesEqual parts silly and sweet, Lamby is just under a year old and full of that lovable, bouncy puppy energy. He was originally found as a stray by a Good Samaritan, and when no owner could be found, he was brought to the shelter in search of a forever family. In his finder’s home, Lamby showed off a lot of great qualities. He’s crate-trained and would often go in on his own to nap. He slept in his crate, stayed in it when home alone for longer stretches, and did well when left loose for short periods. He knows “sit,” is learning “stay,” and understands that “potty” means it’s time to head outside. Lamby loves to play with other dogs and has done great with those he’s met. He passed his cat test and showed a sweet, gentle side with a visiting 5-year-old.Of course, he’s still a puppy at heart. Lamby can get jumpy and mouthy when he’s overly excited, but he redirects well. He pulls on leash and gets barky when he sees other dogs, but again, he’s easy to redirect and eager to learn. What Lamby needs now is someone patient, playful, and ready to help him keep growing. Come meet Lamby and see if he’s the one for you.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Lamby, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
