My story

Here’s a polished version of Theo’s adoption post—still in his voice but shorter, clearer, and eye-catching while keeping all the important details:  Hi, I’m Theo (you may remember me as Buttersquash)!  I had a rough start in life and was so abused I could barely be touched. With patience and love from my foster mom, I’ve blossomed into a happy, ball-chasing, life-loving, cuddly boy—on my terms of course (I even bring out my “inner feline” sometimes ).  I’m about 3 years old, fully vetted, and one very special pup: &#226&#156&#168 Must have a completely fenced yard (non-negotiable—no leashes or leads for me). &#226&#156&#168 No kids and no cats (I pester them too much). &#226&#156&#168 Another playful dog would be awesome! &#226&#156&#168 I need a family experienced with anxious dogs who will give me patience, time, and love. &#226&#156&#168 I do have dry eye and need to be sedated at the vet, but my foster mom keeps me trimmed and handsome at home.  I’m funny, unique, and full of love once I trust you.
