My story

HELP ME, I need some love! My name is Bumble, I am 17 months old, and I don’t know anything about life. I have been a shelter resident my entire short life and I am shutting down from the loneliness and stresses I feel inside the shelter. Please don’t let me spend all my fun puppy days in this unnatural environment. I daydream about resting on a deck outside in the sun without hearing other scared dogs. I have big brown eyes with beautiful mascara markings, big soft ears and an underbite. My underbite is not a handicap as I take treats very gently. Staff here say that I am a sweet boy with a big smile that will make you smile. I`m ready to learn, ready to bond, and most of all-ready to love someone that is all mine and wants me as much as I want them.I am still just a puppy though in need of a parent and family to teach me how to be a better puppy. I need extra training to learn dog skills like sit, stay, and going potty outside. In the shelter I go many hours overnight without a kennel break, so I need you to teach me about outside potty. I can resource guard and am not the best leash walker, but I am teachable if you’ll spend time with me. I still have a short attention span as puppies do but I am lovable, and I need someone to teach me about life. You won`t regret taking time to guide me as I will return your kindness with loyalty, trust and companionship.I am understandably shy with new people, but I warm up very quickly when I am offered a yummy treat or a head rub. I am my happiest when I am by the side of a welcoming and kind human who has space where I can run and play. The person who adopts me needs to be strong as I need to learn not to pull on a leash. I am ready to live the dog`s life inside a home of my own as shelters aren`t the best places for tender puppies. I am neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccines.Please make an appointment to have a meet and greet with me so I can share my hope and joy with you.
