My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!I am looking for a home with a patient person.I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.A volunteer writes: Found on the roof of an apartment building with another cat, Kousuke has been making his way at the shelter. He was sleeping with his back toward the door when I went to visit and was quick to turn his head to hiss before trying to return to his nap. First impressions may not be Kousuke's thing at the moment, but I offered a treat in an apology and quiet hopes we could build a friendship. He graciously accepted and handed me his trust. Softly leaning his head into cuddles and reaching his paws to knead the air, he's very earnestly trying his best. Kousuke is gentle and mild mannered but is super creative when it comes to play. Kousuke chases after his pipe cleaner feather with puffed cheeks and fluttering paws. Hiding his toy in his blankets only to dig it up seconds later, Kousuke is full of exciting ideas that he wants to share with you. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 11.1 Age: 6yrs 0mths 1wks
