My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.I am excitable and energetic! I will need positive outlets for my energy!I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!A Volunteer Wrote: Parker is puppy (energy) perfection! He's the wiggliest, waggliest boy, all snuggles one minute and jumping for joy the next, but always, always with a tail registering that wherever he is, a good time is being had. It's impossible for it not to be a blast to hang out with this sweetheart--he's gorgeous on a leash (no pulling whatsoever!), chases balls with goofy enthusiasm, and performs endless play bows to the dogs in the neighboring pens. He keeps his kennel clean and learned "sit" in two seconds flat in exchange for treats. The possibilities are endless for him--and he's already stellar. Parker is a wonderful boy waiting for his forever home! My #Boroughbreak Buddy writes: Parker is so curious and absolutely loves birds! He loves looking at his own reflection and loves giving hugs. He's one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. He is so patient and a good listener. He let me put a hat on him and he kept it on for most of the walk. He's also very comfortable with being picked up and being hugged. He's such a love bug and if I had the space, I would take him in a heartbeat. Every single person that met him fell in love with him. He's a very excited puppy but also very calm and surprisingly quiet. We sat on a bench together for about 20 minutes and he just sat next to me and leaned his head on me. He's the best.
