My story

Meet TOOTSIE Rescued: 8/6/2022 Age at the time of rescue: 2 weeks Current weight: 45 pounds Update from foster 4/1/2025 Tootsie is a great dog! She would do well as an only dog as she loves attention from her human but gets along with the other dogs in the home as well. She listens well to correction and goes into her crate when asked. Tootsie loves to go for walks and is totally house trained! The local police arrived at our gate in Puerto Rico with two puppies whose eyes were still closed. Sadly, their mother had been poisoned and bottle feeding would be their only hope. With our care, they both grew strong and are now happy, healthy rescues ready for their forever homes. Playful best describes this adorable girl who get along with others. Tootsie would love to have you as her new best friend!
