My story

Finn is a devoted, endearing, and fun-loving pup who wants nothing more than to be by your side. Whether he’s leaning in for cuddles, rolling over for belly rubs, or gently play-fighting with his front paws, he always finds a way to make the world smile. Fully house-trained and eager to please, Finn will greet you with pure joy when you walk through the door, letting you know just how much he missed you! On walks, Finn is always excited to meet other dogs. Finn is crate-trained, sleeps through the night, and enjoys relaxing with his favorite chew toy. Finn is a social butterfly and thrives at daycare, where he’s known for making new friends and helping other pups feel more comfortable. We do not have a shelter. CDCK has a thorough adoption process to find the best possible fit for each of our dogs and cats (we do not operate under a first-come, first-served model). Upon accepting a new cat or dog into the organization, we provide a basic vet visit that includes necessary vaccinations, disease screenings, deworming, microchips, and spay/neuter for dogs six months and older. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us. Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, Lepto and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis. Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained.
