My story

Hi… my name is Pizza. Yes, like the food. And just like pizza, I might be a little shy at first… but once you get to know me, I’m everyone’s favorite. I’m a beautiful grey adult lady with a gentle heart. When we first meet, I might hang back and observe you from a safe little spot. New places and new people can feel a bit overwhelming for me, so I just need some time to understand that I’m safe. I promise I’m not ignoring you — I’m just making sure you’re one of the good ones. Once I warm up though? Ohhh, that’s when the magic happens. I absolutely love attention and pets. I lean into gentle scratches, enjoy soft conversations, and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. I just need patience in the beginning — slow movements, calm voices, and a little understanding go a long way with me. Because I’m a sensitive girl, I would do best in a low-traffic home without small children or big, loud dogs. Too much noise and activity can make me nervous. A calm, predictable environment is where I truly shine. I have lived with another cat before and did well! With proper, slow introductions, I may enjoy having a feline friend again. I just appreciate when things are done thoughtfully and at my pace. If you’re the kind of person who understands that trust is something special — something built quietly over time — I think we could be perfect together. Give me a little patience, and I’ll give you the sweetest, softest love in return.
