🌟 Greetings, World! My name is Daisy, a gentle soul who has embarked on a challenging journey from life on the streets of Honduras after being rescued by Big Dog Ranch in May 2024. Trust comes slowly with me, but once I form a bond, I attach deeply. With a little patience and understanding, I will reveal just how exceptional I can be My foster mother describes me a small fox, 100% housebroken, and at 30 pounds, my calm energy makes me ideal for apartment life. My soft velvety coat, which shifts from black to warm brown depending on the light, makes me irresistibly huggable. Now that my heartworm treatments are behind me, I have discovered the pleasure of leisurely walks, basking in the sunshine & savoring every delightful scent along the way. (And yes, I am great on the on the leash—smooth and steady!) I dream of a tranquil, serene home where I can gradually adjust to life at my own pace. I will be fine with other calm dogs or even a cat if you have one, and If you enjoy a relaxed lifestyle, I am the perfect companion. I have moved beyond the energetic "zoomies" stage and now appreciate peaceful afternoons and warm, quiet companionship. I take pride being very clean, and my heart is ready to share its love with someone who will provide the life I dreamed of. It would be truly wonderful to celebrate a new beginning and life in a FURever home. Perhaps you could be the one to help me blossom into the affectionate companion I have always aspired to be.
