My story

Billy is a consummate gentleman!With his luxurious black fur coat, piercing green eyes, his majestic movements, Billy is the cat`s meow of elegance. But this extroverted and playful pussycat certainly isn`t snooty towards people! He forms loyal attachments and always sticks close to his favourite humans.ABOUT BILLY:-In foster-Adult, domestic shorthair, male-Billy’s sweet, affectionate, playful, and gentle. He doesn’t scratch or bite, even when he is playing. (Although, he may headbutt you to demand pets!)-Billy can be hesitant around strangers and may not want to be petted right away, but he will happily take your treats!-Once he feels comfortable, Billy LOVES people! He follows his foster mom everywhere, trotting two steps behind as she moves from room to room, then settling beside her wherever she sits down. -Having transformed into a cuddle bug, Billy sleeps at the bottom of his foster parents’ bed and hops onto their chests every morning for snuggles as soon as their alarm goes off! -Billy loves to socialize by playing, and his favourite toy is a wand with a ribbon, which he likes to chase around. Springs and paper balls will also get his attention!-Billy enjoys playing on his own as well. Lately, he`s developed a fetish for bags—he pounces on each one he sees and then hunkers down on it. (When Billy goes missing, his foster mom knows to look inside the bags!) -He can often be found lounging high up in his cat tree or on the windowsill, enjoying the view.-This discerning gentleman enjoys kibble for a bedtime snack, which ensures you’ll sleep soundly throughout the night. -Billy is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.BILLY’S IDEAL HOME:-Billy is best suited to a home without young children or any other pets; he’d prefer to remain the centre of attention!-His family should understand that it may take him a bit of time to build trust with new people and adjust to his environment.If you`re looking for a cat who`s the crème de la crème, Billy definitely fits the bill!If you have any questions about Billy or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com
