Meet Tanner, our stunning senior sweetheart!With his unique tabby markings and big amber eyes, Tanner is a heart-stealer with the soul of a poet. This lovely gentleman loves attention and easily wins hearts. Whether he is nuzzling up beside you for warmth or running to greet you as you arrive home, Tanner`s happy place is right by your side! A true people person (or is it people cat?).ABOUT TANNER:-In foster-Tanner is a sweet, gentle, affectionate, purr-fect gentleman!-He lets you know when he wants pets and cuddles, but please don’t touch his belly, it`s off limits!-Friendly and curious, Tanner is an adorable social butterfly who warmly welcomes guests.-He loves playtime, especially with a laser pointer, a cat tunnel, and a skill-testing treat puzzle to get a delicious snack.-He really enjoys being brushed and looking his best! -He will seek out all warmth snuggle spots! Whether it`s your laptop, a radiator, or a heating pad, you will find him resting on top of it. -Tanner has early kidney disease and eats a special veterinary diet. -Tanner is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.TANNER’S IDEAL HOME:-As with many older kitties, Tanner has a few medical concerns, and his forever family should be prepared to help with his medication. He has arthritis and spondylosis and takes pain medication twice a day to help keep him comfortable, plus a monthly injection. He also receives topical medication (it goes on his ear!) to stimulate his appetite.-Tanner`s friendly demeanour suggests he could potentially adapt well to a variety of household dynamics.-He may do well with a low-energy dog who is friendly towards cats, but it`s unknown if he`ll interact well with small children.-Tanner would thrive in a household where he can receive ample love and attention, as well as a second chance at the wonderful life he so deserves.Tanner will bring so much joy and love to his fur-ever family.
