Gimli

My story

Meet Gimli. Gimli is about 6 to 7 years old and a sweet little guy He is currently in foster with 3 other dogs and does great. He would do best in a mature home with no children. We have no history of Gimli with kids so we will not place him into a home with small children or small visiting grandchildren. Gimli is very housetrained and loves to go for walks and loves to ride in the car. He is a great little guy. Since he is a non-shedding poodle, he will need to be groomed on a regular basis, about every 5- 7 weeks. Gimli has the cutest ears too. Sometimes one of his ears is a flop ear the other time it stands up straight like in his profile photo. He also has a very cute little nub tail and is always wagging. Like all our dogs he is neutered, up to date on vaccines, chipped and we had full bloodwork done on him. Our vet cleared him for adoption. Gimli is a little poodle mix who weighs in somewhere around 10 lbs. He doesn't shed, likes a good game of fetch, and sleeps in a crate at night. He likes everyone he meets and enjoys playing with our dogs. Walks are not his favorite activity, but some time playing fetch does seem to tire him out well. Gimli has trouble sharing toys and getting protective of his food bowl (with other dogs, not humans), but it’s been a non-issue since we started feeding him separately and keeping the dog toys picked up.
