QUICK FACTS Name: Chamkkae Age: 3 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Maltipoo Color: Brown, White Weight:  4kg / 8.8lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a terrible puppy mill where Poodles like me were kept in heartbreaking conditions. Instead of experiencing the love, comfort, and care every dog deserves, I spent my days in an environment filled with neglect and uncertainty. Thankfully, kind rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me a second chance at life. Those difficult days are finally behind me, and I'm ready to discover what it truly means to be part of a loving family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Healthy with no known health issues It appears that I have undergone vocal cord surgery before my rescue during my time at the puppy mill   MY PERSONALITY I'm a super sweet, gentle little girl, and believe it or not, I'm even tinier in person! Despite everything I've been through, I haven't lost my trust in people. I have such a loving nature and enjoy being around those who show me kindness and affection. Here's a cute little fact about me! My name means "sesame seeds" in Korean, which couldn't be more fitting for my beautiful brown fur. Just like my name, I'm a tiny little sweetheart with plenty of charm! I'm also wonderful with my dog friends! I get along well with other dogs and have a naturally gentle, peaceful personality. I enjoy their company and am happy to share my space with them without causing any trouble. With my petite size, beautiful brown coat, and affectionate personality, I have so much love packed into one tiny body! After everything I've experienced, I'm ready to find a family who will cherish me and give me the happy life I've been waiting for.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I'm a total people lover and seem to make friends with everyone I meet! I love greeting new people and am always happy to receive gentle pets and affection. I'm especially fond of cuddles and would happily curl up on your lap to enjoy some quality time together. Despite my tiny size, I have so much love to give! Nothing makes me happier than being close to my favourite humans, soaking up their attention, and enjoying all the snuggles I can get. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate little lap dog, I might just be your perfect match! · With Dogs: I'm a gentle and friendly little girl who enjoys greeting new doggy friends! While I'm happy to say hello and spend time around other dogs, I'm generally more independent and prefer doing my own thing rather than jumping straight into playtime. I'm also a natural peacekeeper! I don't like getting involved in conflicts or doggy drama and would much rather enjoy a calm, peaceful environment. Because of my gentle nature, I would do best with other dogs who are equally relaxed, easygoing, and respectful of my space. I love having dog friends around, especially when we can simply enjoy each other's company! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.   TRAINING & HABITS I'm still learning my leash manners, so I'll need a little more practice and guidance to become a confident walking companion. I also have good manners around food and don't guard my meals or treats from people or other dogs. I don't currently show signs of separation anxiety, but because I form strong bonds with my favourite people, it's important that I gradually learn to feel comfortable spending time alone as I settle into my new home. I can sometimes whine when I'm resting in my kennel, but I'm making progress every day! With a consistent routine and positive reinforcement, I'm learning that it's okay to relax and enjoy some quiet time on my own.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever • Understanding of my past and willing to be patient while I come out of my shell   SPECIAL NOTES I have the most beautiful brown eyes and an incredibly sweet, gentle personality to match! I'm a loving little girl who enjoys being around people, and I think I'll settle into a forever home nicely once I've had a chance to adjust. When it comes to my ideal home, I'd be perfectly happy being the only dog and soaking up all the love and attention from my family! However, I could also do well with gentle, easygoing dog siblings around my size who respect my space and share my peaceful nature. I'm currently a little underweight, so I'm on a special diet to help me gradually reach a healthier weight. With proper nutrition, care, and plenty of love, I'm looking forward to growing stronger and enjoying all the wonderful things life has to offer.
