QUICK FACTS Name: Bomul Age: About 10 Months Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jack Russell Terrier Mix Color: Black and White Weight: 12kg / 26.4lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I spent my early puppyhood neglected and confined to a small wooden box in poor conditions. When rescuers learned that I was going to be sold to a dog trader, they stepped in and brought me to safety before that could happen. Thanks to their kindness, I was given a second chance, and now I’m looking forward to growing, exploring, and finding a loving forever family to call my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Bomul! I’m a young, incredibly energetic little dog with an enormous curiosity about absolutely everything! There’s a whole world to explore and I am determined not to miss a single part of it. Sitting quietly and watching life go by? Not really my style—I’m much more interested in finding out what’s happening over there, and then over there, and then whatever exciting thing I just spot next! I’m sweet and gentle by nature, but I have energy to spare and absolutely love running and playing. People are pretty exciting too! When someone calls me, I come running—but apparently simply running would be far too ordinary. I bounce toward people with little springy hops that make it look like I’m dancing my way over to them. That happy enthusiasm is a big part of who I am: I’m curious, playful, social, and always ready for whatever might happen next. I’d love having regular adventures, plenty of opportunities to exercise, interactive play, and activities that keep my busy brain engaged as well as my body. A family who has experience with energetic, curious personality—or has always wanted an active little companion for hiking and adventures—could be a great fit. If your idea of a great companion is a dog who’s ready to get up, get outside, investigate the world, play with friends, and come bouncing over the second you call, we might have a lot of fun together! I’m looking for a family who’s ready to show me just how big and exciting the world can be.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m naturally friendly and affectionate with people, and I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and new people for attention. I enjoy leaning in for affection and am comfortable being petted, even by someone I’ve just met. I’m also comfortable being gently picked up with an arm supporting me under my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown. · With Dogs: I’m very friendly and enthusiastic with other dogs, and I’m eager to approach both familiar and new dogs to say hello and invite them to play. Sometimes my excitement can be a little over-the-top, so I’m still learning how to keep my greetings and interactions a bit calmer. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a very high energy level – I love to stay on the move, so I’ll thrive with plenty of opportunities for activity and exercise. On walks, I may pull on the leash at times, but overall, I follow my person well and respond to their guidance.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs. When there’s something I really want, I may use a little barking to let you know. I may whine when I’m in a kennel, but with a consistent routine and continued positive kennel training, I can gradually become more comfortable settling on my own. I’m comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going potty outdoors.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
