Sweet Nala (formerly known as "Little Bit") is a gorgeous Boxer mix searching for her forever couch. She landed in a rural shelter after her previous owner sadly passed away, but this golden girl hasn't lost an ounce of her warmth or affection. Don't let her age fool you-she still has plenty of fun, happy energy for walks and play! Nala is the ultimate cuddle bug whose absolute favorite place is right by your side. She lives for belly rubs and will gladly trade a warm hug for a loyalty that lasts a lifetime. Personality & Highlights The Ultimate Companion: Gets along fantastically with everyone-women, men, kids, other dogs, and even cats! Home-Ready: Fully house-trained, crate-trained, rides like a champ in the car, and isn't destructive. Vocal Warm-up: She does express her feelings with a signature, soulful howl when you first leave, but she settles down comfortably within about 30 minutes (so a single-family home or a building with friendly neighbors is best!). Easygoing: Easy to handle, walks nicely on a leash without reactivity, and has low-to-medium energy-perfect for relaxing after a nice casual stroll. Nala is eager to bring her loving, loyal heart to a family who will cherish her twilight years. Give this sweet girl a belly rub, and you'll have a best friend for life.
