I may be only 4 lbs., but my personality is absolutely huge. I’ve only ever known life sharing it with another dog, and that special dog is my companion, Cookie. We are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. I’m definitely the braver one, and Cookie looks to me for confidence. We may have different personalities, but one thing is certain—we truly love each other and need each other. And when the day winds down, there’s nothing better than curling up right beside my little friend and settling in for a cozy night’s sleep. Snuggling together is definitely the best part of my day! We both love people, too! Whenever we get the chance, we’re all over our foster parents, soaking up all the love, attention, and affection we can get. We simply love being close to our people and being part of whatever they’re doing. And when we meet new people while out on our walks, I'm always happy to accept their attention and make some new friends!  I also love going for walks, and my foster mom says I have the cutest little prance! When my tiny legs decide I’ve walked far enough, I simply sit down and wait patiently for you to scoop me up. At only 4 lbs., I’m as light as a feather! And then there are toys! I absolutely love them. I’m always checking out the toy basket to discover which toy needs to be played with next. Even though I’m a young dog, I have wonderful manners—I don’t get into things I shouldn’t and know how to behave like a very good little boy. I truly believe I was put on this earth to love and be loved. Now I’m looking for a forever family who will cherish both Cookie and me, keep us safe, and include us in all the little moments that make life special. We can’t wait to start the next chapter of our lives with a family who will love us to the moon and back—and cherish us forever!   And now, a few words from my foster mom: Johnnie may be tiny, but he has a huge heart and enough personality to fill an entire house! Certified in being your very best friend, this little guy wants to be wherever you are. A home with someone around most of the time would be ideal for Johnnie, as he truly loves his people and wants to be part of everything you do. Johnnie likes to know where you are and what you're up to. If he can't see you, he'll check in to make sure you're still nearby. Johnnie looks forward to going out for a walk every day.  He may be only 4 lbs but he trots along as if the world belongs to him.  He has great manners in meeting other canines.  He is adorable and he knows it. He's a happy, lovable character with a zest for life, a talent for making people smile, and a heart overflowing with love.
