My story

Hi, I’m Licorice Lucy, but my foster family calls me Lucy! I’m a sweet, goofy girl who loves my humans and soaking up all the attention. I LOVE walks and am a great walking buddy—I don’t pull and I’m not reactive to people or other dogs we pass. When we’re home, I’m happiest cuddling with my humans and getting all the love.I can be a little cautious around new men, but I’m very curious and warm up with time. I’m great with kids and do well with dogs around my size. My foster family hasn’t seen me around larger dogs yet, so a proper introduction would be best.I’m potty trained, crate trained, and great in the car. I’m also perfectly happy lounging around all day, but say “walk” and I’m suddenly ready to go! I’m a loving, playful girl looking for a forever family to give me all the cuddles, patience, and walks I could ask for.
