My story

Coyote’s story is one of those that reminds us why we never give up. This sweet girl, now almost a year old, was originally found on the streets of Mexico with Luna and Sol. But before we could bring her to safety, Coyote ran off and for weeks, no one could find her. We were absolutely heartbroken and refused to stop looking. So when we finally got the call that she had been located, there was an enormous sigh of relief. We could finally bring her safely into our care. After months of surviving on the streets, Coyote arrived scared, sick, covered in mange, and severely emaciated. She was understandably fearful and avoidant, having learned that the world was not always a safe place. We knew she needed time, patience, and someone who could help her learn what life could really be like. So Coyote enrolled in a professional board and train and WOW. The progress she has made has been unbelievable. The scared little girl (she's tiny!) who came to us has blossomed into a goofy, happy, wiggly little pup who is absolutely full of life and love. Watching her transformation has been nothing short of incredible. Now, Coyote is ready for the next chapter: a forever family who will continue to show her how wonderful life can be.
