Penelope

My story

Penelope is a sweet and eager-to-please companion who is ready to find her forever home. She is a true ball enthusiast—if there is a ball nearby, she is ready to play! Whether she is out for a walk or enjoying a car ride, she is always excited for the next adventure and will happily jump right into the car when it is time to go. She has a great foundation in training, as she walks well on a leash and is both potty and crate trained. While she is very dog friendly, she can be quite energetic with other dogs and is still learning her manners, so she can be a bit "mouthy" during play. With a little continued guidance, she will quickly learn how to channel that youthful energy. When it is time to wind down, Penelope is a pro at settling in. She is perfectly happy to occupy herself with a chew toy for hours and knows how to calm down nicely by herself. Once the day is done, she is always ready to snuggle up and show her affectionate side. Penelope is the perfect blend of high-energy fun and gentle companionship. Penelope does have the piittie/husky "woo, woo woos" ,and can be vocal but to the right person it's adorable. She would be best in a home with children 12 and older as she is still a little exuberant. She is fostered in Colorado Springs.  ##2741103##
