Since then, I've been surrounded by kindness and care, helping me learn to trust and look forward to the future. Now I'm ready to find a forever family and begin the happiest chapter of my life.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I'm Jisan! I'm a beautiful, fluffy Jindo with a gentle heart, a curious spirit, and plenty of love to share. Even though I'm 8 years old, don't let my age fool you—I'm healthy, active, and still enjoy running, exploring, and making the most of every adventure. I love meeting people and am always interested in the world around me, so walks are one of my favorite parts of the day. Sometimes I get so excited that I pull on the leash a little, simply because I can't wait to see what's around the next corner! At home, I have a wonderfully steady, affectionate personality that makes me an easy and comforting companion to be around. I'm the perfect balance of playful and calm, ready to join you on an outdoor adventure before happily relaxing by your side. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a kind soul and a youthful heart, I'd love the chance to meet you and show you just how special a senior dog can be.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be a little shy when we first meet, but a tasty treat is usually all it takes to help me feel comfortable! I warm up quickly, happily accept gentle pets, and before long, you'll get to see my sweet and affectionate personality. I'm also comfortable being gently picked up, making it easy to care for and cuddle me. I haven't had the opportunity to meet children under 13 yet, so I'm still looking forward to discovering what they're like. · With Dogs: I'm friendly and polite with other dogs and enjoy walking over to say hello when we meet. While I'm not usually the type to jump into playtime, I'm happy to peacefully coexist and appreciate the company of other calm, well-mannered dogs. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy – I have a balanced energy level and enjoy spending time outdoors exploring and going for walks. After I've had some exercise and fresh air, I'm happy to settle down and relax by your side. I can get a little excited and pull on the leash at times, but I enjoy staying close to my person and naturally like to follow along. With continued guidance and consistency, I'm becoming an even better walking companion every day.   TRAINING & HABITS I'm easygoing when it comes to mealtime and don't feel the need to guard my food from people or other dogs. When I see unfamiliar people, I may bark at first because I'm letting you know I'm feeling a little unsure, but with calm introductions and a little patience, I can become more comfortable. I'm calm and well-behaved in my kennel I generally prefer to do my business outside during my walks   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
