Rumi

My story

Rumi is a beautiful girl who has struggled with recent behavioural challenges, including aggression towards the owner. After consulting with the animal behaviourist, she is currently on mental health medication and requires consistent, structured behavioural training throughout the day. She needs someone who can commit to working with her on her terms, at her pace. She is spayed, otherwise healthy and has all the updated medical & vaccination records.Why I'm Rehoming: After a recent incident where she attacked me, my vet recommended euthanasia. I'm not ready to give up on her. However, my shift work schedule and her aggression toward me make it impossible for me to provide the level of interaction and training she needs to improve. I've been working with a behaviourist and following all guidance, but she needs more than I can give her right now. Looking for An experienced cat handler, ideally with a background in feline behaviour or rehabilitation A calm, low-stress environment.
