Friendly, loving, and full of charm, Phoebe is quick to greet her people and happily rolls onto her back, flipping and wriggling around in hopes of earning extra pets. She has an affectionate personality and enjoys being involved in whatever is going on around her. Whether she's asking for belly rubs, playing with her siblings, or curling up nearby for a nap, Phoebe is sure to win hearts wherever she goes. Like most young kittens, Phoebe would be happiest in a home with feline companionship, so her ideal home will already have another friendly cat or be interested in adopting her with one of her siblings. Phoebe has not yet met dogs but should adjust well to respectful canine friends. She is being fostered in Akron, Ohio, and was born around March 1, 2026. Phoebe's adoption fee of $100 includes a negative test for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), spay surgery, age-appropriate Rabies, FeLV and FVRCP vaccinations, deworming, topical flea prevention, and a microchip. If adopted with one of her siblings, the adoption fee for the pair is $150. Her littermates are Merlin, Robin, Lark, Wren, and Dove. Please note: Phoebe's mother tested positive for FeLV and negative for FIV. Phoebe tested negative for both viruses at 3 months of age after being separated from her mother. Current veterinary recommendations are that she and her littermates be retested at 5–6 months of age to confirm their negative status. If adopted before that time, Rose's Rescue will schedule and cover the cost of the follow-up testing.
