My story

Garys life began in circumstances no puppy should ever know. He was born in a homeless camp where food was inconsistent and survival came before comfort. At a crucial stage in his growth, Gary and another dog were confined to a kennel far too small for his rapidly growing bodyso small that he could not fully stand for weeks. This prolonged confinement caused lasting changes to his hind legs and affects how fast he can run, but it never broke his spirit.Whats remarkable is not what Gary enduredbut who he chose to become despite it.Gary is profoundly affectionate and deeply bonded to his person. He craves closeness and reassurance, often resting his head in your lap as if to remind himself that he is finally safe. He gives gentle kisses, curls up tightly beside you, and sleeps best when he knows youre near. He does not understand personal spacenot because he lacks manners, but because affection was once scarce and now means everything to him. Even when told no, hell carefully climb into your lap, certain that love is something you dont push away.Gary adores his human with his whole heart. He is loyal, emotionally intuitive, and eager to please. He wants to be someones constant companionthe dog who follows you from room to room, waits for you by the door, and chooses closeness every time.Gary doesnt need perfection. He needs a committed, understanding home that will continue his training, keep him safely contained, and give him the stability he was denied early on. In return, he will offer unwavering devotion, gratitude, and a love that feels earned and deeply meaningful.Gary is not just looking for a homehe is looking for his person.
