Alva

My story

Do to change in living situation we are looking for a loving home for our basset. She is a intact 9 year old female basset. She is current on all shots, healthy, and no known health issues. She does well in a kennel if you are gone during the day or want her to sleep in it at night, (with a padded mat of course)! She loves to be outside and go on walks, but is also happy chilling inside. She would do best in a home with no kids as she can be a little snippy with them from time to time. She is good with cats and other dogs. She does bark at new people or animals but warms up quickly (unless youre the mail man/woman, she's just convinced that someone who brings items to the house EVERY DAY must be up to no good)! So if you are a single person or a couple looking to add a four legged friend to your life, Alva might just be it! Due to being in a smaller western Nebraska town I am willing to meet new owners for hand off in surrounding bigger cities, eg: Denver, Cheyenne, NorthPlatte.
