I am reaching out to request assistance with rehoming my dog, Hazel, due to her epilepsy.Her seizures can be managed effectively, and she has made much progress throughout her journey.Overall, I want to ensure that Hazel is placed in a safe, knowledgeable, and loving environment where her medical needs can be properly managed.
