My story

Meet TUX… AGENT TUX: Carrying a License to Steal Hearts Every great spy has a mysterious past. Agent Tux was first spotted on a dangerous mission through the scorching Arizona heat, running frightened and alone. Elusive, wary, and impossible to catch, he spent days evading capture until a highly trained rescue operative armed with patience, persistence, and an unlimited supply of turkey finally convinced him to surrender. When Tux was brought to safety, the truth behind the mission was revealed. Beneath his handsome black-and-white "tuxedo" disguise was a neglected soul. His coat was long and matted, his frame far too thin, and despite every effort to locate his former handlers, no microchip and no owners were found. No one came for him. But every day, Tux proves that even the toughest cases can have happy endings. This distinguished gentleman is slowly learning that people can be trusted. He has discovered the joys of leisurely walks, luxurious brushing sessions, and, most importantly, booty scritches—which he considers essential to national security. At approximately 3-4 years old and 35 pounds, this Shepherd mix is the perfect mid-sized companion. While he's currently stationed at a boarding facility, Tux is searching for something far more important than his next assignment: 🎯 A foster or forever home. 🎯 A place where he can finally relax, let down his guard, and experience the safety and comfort he's been missing for far too long. His next mission is simple: Find a human willing to believe in him. Can you be the hero who helps Tux begin the happy life he's always deserved?

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tux , please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
