My story

This is Tug, a sweet, strong, and loving dog looking for the right forever home. Tug was originally rescued and has been deeply loved by his family. Unfortunately, after the recent passing of his owner in April and changes in our living situation, we are no longer able to provide the care and stability he deserves. About Tug: Kennel trained Loves walks and outdoor time Enjoys cuddling with his people Gets along well with cats and has lived peacefully with his cat siblings Has done well around the other dogs he has met Very strong and would benefit from an active owner Would thrive with someone willing to continue his training and provide regular exercise Important Information: Tug has bitten once in the past when a young child was repeatedly jumping on him. Because of this, we believe he would do best in a home without small children or with owners experienced in reading and respecting dog boundaries. Our goal is to find Tug a safe, loving home where he can continue to thrive.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tug, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
