My story

Hercules is a five-year-old Pitbull Boxer mix. He has a big personality and high energy but is also extremely lovable. He loves to play and is always showing emotions, whether happy, anxious, or frustrated, but will cuddle and sleep in bed with you if you allow it. He also has some separation anxiety and is an anxious eater. He typically will only eat if you are home with him. His biggest issue is other animals. He used to live with a cat when he was a puppy, and also lived with a male dog. However, he has since been aggressive and reactive to other animals. He is well-behaved and has good obedience, but he is not good around other animals. We also do not recommend he live with young kids as he isn't necessarily aware of his large size. He has never shown aggression towards people, but he can be reckless when excited. He is a wonderful boy and forever loyal. He quickly grows on people and begs for their attention. With a newborn on the way, we are desperately looking for a good home.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Hercules, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
