My story
Hello! I am Darryl ! I am a sweet but shy kitty looking for my new home without young kids. Even though I am shy I warm up with a little time and I know that with the right family I can become the confident cat I know I can be! I look forward to meeting you!This cat tested positive for FIV. FIV-positive cats do not inherently have a shorter lifespan; studies show they can often live as long as uninfected cats. While the virus weakens a cat`s immune system, making it more vulnerable to secondary infections, proper care—including a good diet, regular vet check-ups, and a low-stress, indoor-only environment—allows many FIV-positive cats to have a normal, healthy life.
