Because of that, she approaches the world cautiously at first. She may hiss when she’s nervous, but underneath that scared exterior is a gentle girl who simply needs patience, kindness, and time.And honestly? A cat who has had to survive learns to protect herself first.Now that she’s safely indoors, recovering, vetted, and cared for, Sterling is finally ready for the next chapter of her life: a forever home of her own.🏡 The Home Sterling NeedsSterling would thrive in a calmer home with humans who understand that shy cats need time to bloom.She gets along well with other cats and may enjoy having a calm feline friend to help her continue building confidence, though she could also do well as a solo cat with patient adopters.Dogs and children are unknown.Sterling may not be the cat who climbs immediately into your lap on day one.But she is the kind of cat whose trust feels incredibly special once you earn it.The quiet ones are worth it every single time. 🖤
