******* COURTESY POST******* Brooks is a 4-6 year old mini Blue heeler with a quiet, loving personality and a playful side that shines when it's time for a game of ball. At around 30 lb she's the perfect medium-sized companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend who enjoys both play time and relaxing at home. Brooks has been through a lot in her life already. She was rescued from Dallas Animal Services after being confiscated from a property involved in a cock fighting operation. When she was rescued, she was heartworm positive, but thanks to proper care and treatment she is now heartworm negative and ready for a fresh start in a loving home. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative ,house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and familiar with basic commands. Brooks is very good with people and children. She has a sweet, quiet nature inside the house and enjoys being close to her humans. Because of her past experiences Brooks needs to be the only animal in the home where she can feel safe, secure, and fully loved.
