My story

Meet Aspen, a gentle soul with a heart full of love just waiting to be shared. This sweet older girl is the perfect mix of calm companionship and quiet affection. While she may be a little shy when first meeting new people, it doesn’t take long for her warm personality to shine through. Give her a little patience and she’ll reward you with loyal companionship and soft, loving eyes that say it all. Aspen is a wonderful medium-to-large sized pup, making her a great fit for someone looking for a sturdy, comforting presence without being overwhelming. She has done well with a couple of different dogs here at the shelter and seems to enjoy canine company, especially with dogs who match her more laid-back, respectful energy. As always, a meet and greet is recommended if you have other dogs in the home. Being an older dog, Aspen is past the chaotic puppy phase and is ready to settle into a home where she can relax, feel safe, and truly be part of the family. She would thrive in a home that understands she may need a little time to adjust, but once she does, she will be an incredibly devoted and loving companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, soulful dog who just wants a soft place to land and someone to love, Aspen might be the perfect match for you. !!!ASPEN DOES HAVE A DOG AT THE SEHLTER SHE GETS ALONG WITH PERFECTLY IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN TWO!!!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Aspen, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
