Hazel

My story

Hazel is a 6-year-old Russian Blue with a gentle soul and a story that deserves a happy next chapter.She came to us as a street rescue and took her time learning to trust, but once she did, she blossomed into a calm, sweet companion.She has a good history of living peacefully with other cats and a dog. Over the past year, we've noticed she prefers to have space to herself. She's become more anxious sharing her home with our other cats. She's withdrawn and become a bit skittish. We believe she would truly thrive as the sole pet in a quieter household, somewhere she can set the pace, soak up all the attention, and finally feel fully at ease.One fun fact: Hazel has no teeth. They had to be removed due to a condition called stomatitis. It doesn't slow her down at all — she handles wet & small-kibble dry food just fine.Hazel needs a patient adopter who will let her come to them on her own terms. You'll be rewarded with tons of affection and some good conversation.
