My story
Hugo has been part of our family for 7 years. He was originally adopted from a kill shelter. When he came home, we didn’t have children. He loved the extra attention we were able to give him. He’s slowly adjusted to our babies but he remains anxious around them. We started him on Reconcile for his anxiety in a June 2024. The meds seem to be helping but we know he’d be happier in a house without children or other pets. He did also have one mild seizure about a year ago that the vet recommended we monitor; it hasn’t happened again since. He loves to sit on your lap, curl under a blanket and run in your backyard. He is super lovable and always wants to be on your lap. We’d love to find someone close to Rockville, MD to give Hugo a new home.
