My story

Meet Marvin 🧡 Marvin didn’t come to us the easy way—but you’d never know it from the gentle, resilient boy he is today. He was found sitting quietly by a pole, just watching the world go by. When our volunteer approached, he didn’t run—he asked for help. A noticeable limp told us something wasn’t right, and once we got him safe, we realized he needed more than just a quick fix. Marvin had been shot in his chest and was weak and fighting a serious infection. Through it all, he’s remained incredibly sweet, trusting, and calm. Even in pain, he leaned into care, accepted love, and showed us just how special he is. Now safe, treated, and finally able to rest, Marvin is focusing on what he does best: healing, napping in cozy beds, and soaking up kindness. He’s the kind of cat who forms a quiet, meaningful bond—soft eyes, gentle presence, and a heart that just wants to feel safe. Marvin is looking for a home where he can continue to recover and be cherished the way he deserves.
