My story

Hero is a sweet 10 year old, gentle lab. He is a pure bred and we have had him since he was 10 weeks old. We raised him in our loving home with our two sons who were ages 3 and 5 when we got Hero as a puppy. Hero has always been so sweet and gentle with all of the children around our home. He has never bitten, is house trained and good with other dogs. Hero is good on leash, he is also great off of the leash on trails that allow off leash dogs. We moved from property to a home with a very small yard and we have a very busy schedule that keeps us away from home. Hero deserves a life where there is someone around to give him love and attention. He is very low maintenance, we just feel that we cannot give him the life he deserves since we are always gone. We don't want to constantly have to board him while we are away and don't want him to be left alone at home all day every day. We hope that we can find him a new loving person or family to be a companion for.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Hero, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
