My story

Rixey is an incredibly sweet, snuggly, happy baby boy who can’t wait to fund a forever home! This absolutely darling little man came into the pound with his siblings when the litter was just about 8 weeks old. Thankfully an incredible family eagerly stepped up to foster them and give them a loving, wonderful puppyhood! This tender sweet baby boy is 15 weeks old, and is just a complete love. He’s a perfect petite medium size, estimated to mature to be a perfect petite medium size of 25-30 lbs. He has stayed on schedule for all routine vet care and has done great! He’s now current on his vaccines, deworming, and preventative. He has also been microchipped and was just neutered! He’s healthy, happy, and doing amazing!!! And he’s officially ready for adoption! This guy is a sweet little country boy with a heart of gold. From the moment he went to foster care, he was soaking up the love of children and adults alike. Always looking for a snuggle, or happy to play fetch with his tennis balls. He is a happy go lucky social butterfly with everyone! He’s a lover of all dogs and loves to make new friends for both playing and snuggling. He would love a home where he has a doggy big brother or sister! That isn’t required though, as he’s a confident, lovely little peanut! He’d be fine as an only dog too as long as he can have some dog friends and play time. He’s fabulous with cats as well! He loves to take walks and is so good staying with his foster parents when they take him for a little hike in the woods! He enjoys car rides also, and seems to like the water! He’s doing great with house training and reliably going potty outside. He loves to join you on adventures, or just hang out with you in the yard while to do yard work, playing and soaking up these warming spring days! He’s the kind of guy you can take anywhere and he’ll make lots of friends, but is also happy to hang out and play at home. He’s a super snuggler so parents who are loving and affectionate are his dream! He’s got the most adorable little freckles and such a loving demeanor, he can’t wait to find his new home! If you’d love to welcome this boy into your family, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!! **NOTE** to ensure prompt response- please go directly to our website (www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org) to apply, or email (inquiries.rescuematch@aol.com) directly with any questions to ensure your inquiry/application is received by our organization.
