My story

Sammy is a 3 year old male domesticated medium hair cat. His birthday is 10/14/22. I got him when he was a few weeks old for my birthday and he has been with me ever since. He is such a sweet and loving cat. He loves attention and I’m looking for someone to adopt him who is home often and loves a snuggle bug. I do not know how he is with children or dogs because he has had minimal interactions with both. I believe children scare him as well as dogs. As far as other cats, he has gotten along with them as long as they do not attack him. The reason I’m rehoming is I am pregnant, not able to be home as much as I like with him, and he is confined to my room. He also has a behavior which has stared a few weeks ago of avoiding his cat box which I believe is due to stress. I got him checked 2 days ago at the vet and it was determined it is behavioral not because of medical reasons. Someone with a lot of experience will best suit him. I love him dearly and hate to have to rehome him.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sammy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
