My story

Hi, I’m Jippi. I was rescued with several of my colony mates from Valle de Guadalupe in Mexico, where I spent my early days around other cats, friendly humans, and even dogs at the winery I called home. It was a busy world, and now I’m learning what it means to live the cozy indoor life.I can be a little timid at first—everything is still quite new to me—but give me a bit of time and gentle reassurance, and I absolutely melt. Once I feel safe, I’ll reward you with the loudest purrs (seriously, I sound like a little motorboat!) and soak up all the affection.I really enjoy head scratches, tasty wet food, and treats (those are definitely a favorite). I’m also discovering toys, and I have to admit… they’re pretty fun! I’m still figuring things out, but I’m curious and learning more every day.Being picked up is something I’m still getting used to, so I’d appreciate a gentle, patient approach while I build my confidence. I promise I’m worth the wait.What makes me special? My wonderfully loud purrs and my sweet, blossoming personality as I learn to trust and love.My perfect home would be with a patient and understanding family who can give me the time I need to feel comfortable. I’d love someone who can read my cues, help me when I feel a little overwhelmed, and either play with me or have a kind, gentle feline friend for me to bond with.If you’re looking for a soft, sensitive soul who will grow into a deeply loving companion, I might be your perfect match
