My story

monroe is 9 years old, i’ve owned him for 5 years got him from a breeder where a elderly couple had him he was never socialized. He will only allow you to do things on his terms you can not pick him up or give him medications he is very skidish. over the years he has come around he goes in every room with me lays on the couch and sleeps with me every night. The bad my house has three kids and is always wild. We have a 2 year old friendly cat that he does not get along with as he owns everything this has become a problem with behaviors from my other cat which can’t go anywhere. monroe has a history of stomatitis and maybe need dental work in the future he also has had stones he’s been stone free for 2 years. he’s in more of a natural diet but i’m switching him back to urinaray food he gets 10-12 oz of soft food daily and needs a couple water fountains in the house he uses them regularly. His ideal home would be a permanent home with no kids quite and single couple.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Monroe, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
