My story

Meet Phoebus — a 4-year-old, 11-lb orange-and-white domestic short hair who has made it very clear he is here strictly in a professional capacity. Phoebus is not interested in team-building exercises, lap sitting, or casual small talk. He prefers independent projects, specifically ones involving mice. Quiet, efficient, and highly self-directed, Phoebus excels at working unsupervised and maintaining a strong work-life balance (work = hunting, life = being left alone). Provide snacks and a safe workspace, and Phoebus will handle quality control and overnight security with impressive dedication. Think of him as the coworker who doesn’t attend meetings but somehow keeps the entire operation functioning. Ideal placement: barn, shop, or property needing a dependable employee with excellent boundaries. Our working cat adoption fee is $25. They come spayed/neutered and microchipped. They receive the FVRCP (feline distemper combo) vaccine, Strongid (dewormer), and their current monthly flea treatment. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.
