Pippa

My story

Some dogs are fireworks. Pippa is a slow sunrise. She’s house trained. Crate trained. And when I say crate trained, I mean little to no noise — she settles in like a polite little angel and waits patiently. Pippa LOVES other dogs. She’s playful, silly, and happiest when she has a canine buddy to romp around with. And when she plays? She does this goofy little hop up on her back legs that will absolutely steal your heart. With new humans, she’s timid at first. She takes a minute. She likes to observe. But if you give her time — real, patient, gentle time — she blossoms. And when she does? She becomes the biggest love bug in the house. The kind that follows you from room to room and soaks up affection like she’s been saving it. She’s not a “take her to a crowded patio on day one” kind of girl. She’s a “let me learn you and then I’ll love you forever” kind of girl. And those are the best ones.
