Ruby

My story

Ruby was acquired out of a bad situation having to live in the elements in a crate way too small for her. She is approximately 2 years old, spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and getting some basic training. After all she has endured in her short life, she is so resilient, happy, and loves attention. She is very smart and forms bonds quickly with humans that are nice to her. She is a velcro dog, loving to be with someone or lying across you. She loves to sunbathe in a nice spot on the grass. She was very reactive to the resident chickens, dogs, cats, and horses, but has gotten better. We would still prefer a home with no other pets. We are looking for someone who knows this breed, will be patient with her, loves long walks, preferably an only pet home, and one where she will be treated as the queen she is.
