Mac Roy

My story

Hi! My name is Mac Roy and I'm an approximately 9 year old yellow male that weighs 75 pounds. My foster mom says that I'm very sweet and mellow and a good listener. I take treats gently. I love belly rubs and ear scratches. I don't get on the couch or bed but I like to lay down near wherever you are. I am potty trained and I know how to use a doggie door. I will go in a crate but it's not my favorite place. However, I'm completely well behaved when I'm left alone in the house. I just lay down and go to sleep. I walk great on a leash, but I do get excited when I see other dogs and might pull or bark when I see them. I'm working on this. I love to go out for walks with my foster family and I also like to play fetch with balls and toys. I get along great with all the dogs I've met but I've never met any cats. When someone rings the bell, I don't bark and when people come over, I don't jump on them. Since SCLRR scooped me out the shelter, I've had bloodwork and a dental to get my teeth cleaned and some of my teeth extracted. The vet says that I'm a healthy boy. I'm looking for a forever family that will spend time with me and take me on walks and give me ear and belly rubs. I'm a super mellow, sweet boy who deserves to be loved and cherished for the rest of my life.
