My story

Whiskey is an almost 5 year old Belgian malinois and black mouth cur mix that was adopted from a rescue shelter almost 3 years ago. She has lived in homes and apartments with other dogs since her adoption, but has become dog aggressive in recent months, causing her to need to be rehomed in a setting without other pets. Whiskey is a very sweet girl, and has gotten along with every person she has met, although it is unclear how she would interact with younger children. Whiskey loves running outside, sun bathing, playing with chews and squeaky toys, and cuddling up with her humans! She loves going for walks, though she is not great on a leash and is reactive with other dogs. Whiskey could possibly make a good farm or hunting dog with the proper training. She is a medium energy dog who needs play but loves to rest. She is crate trained and house broken. She would benefit in a home with a large yard and tall fence with no other pets. Please reach out with any additional questions!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Whiskey, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
