My story

Meet Maggie. Maggie is about 5 and half years old. She is a standard goldendoodle who weighs about 70 lbs that was rescued from a commercial breeding kennel. Maggie uses her crate when bed time or when her foster goes to work.  Maggie gets along very well with her foster mom's two little dogs but sometimes she forgets that she’s a big dog.  As with most fosters she had a few accidents in the beginning but has improved a lot with housebreaking. Maggie walks very well on a leash; but you need to be careful walking her as new noises might startle her.  Maggie can be a little shy when meeting new people and new dogs but will  warm up. She is a very happy dog. Her first big outing to our Bingo event, she was excellent in a noisy crowded room and excellent meeting people and other dogs. Her foster does have a fenced yard and she enjoys it but not required as long as she has regular leash walks.Maggie is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.00.If you are interested in adopting Maggie, please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application.  Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue 9411 Kings Highway, East Greenville, PA 18041.
